Connecting esports communities is a spectacle on its own, with event organizers rallying round attendees – teams and spectators – be it online or in-person. - Las Vegas, Nevada (USA): Las Vegas is a tourist-friendly city with a simple grid system, making it easy to navigate. The city is known to host the esports tournaments such as ESL One, Evo and EPICENTER at the Las Vegas Esports Arena.

- Raleigh, North Carolina (USA): Raleigh is a well-planned city with a grid-like pattern; easily navigable by car, public transportation, or on foot. The city is known to host the world’s largest gathering of esports tournament and video-game event organizers, EsportsTravel Summit. The summit will be held again in Raleigh this year.
- Seoul, South Korea: Seoul has the largest esports stadium in Korea, the Seoul Esports Stadium, and is known to host esports events such as LCK [League of Legends Champions, Korea. The city has a well-developed public transportation system, which includes buses and trains.

- Shanghai, China: Shanghai hosts esports events such as Shanghai Major and the Shanghai Dota Pro Circuit at their esports stadium, Shanghai Esports Stadium. The city has a complex public transportation system, but with the help of technology it has become increasingly easy to move around the city.
- Tokyo, Japan: Tokyo is known to host esports tournaments and match qualifiers for a variety of games. Tsukumo eX, Esports Café, Makuhari Messe and Big Magic Akihabara are among some of the esports events the city hosts. Although Tokyo has a complex public transportation system, technological advancements have made it easy to move around and efficient once you get the hang of it.
Esports events participation varies from country to country. The requirements may include age restrictions, team invitations, travel and accommodation arrangements, visa permits for international events, equipment and software specifications. These requirements may change depending on the event and location, so it will be best to contact event organizers and local authorities to be up-to-date with any new information on the changes.
